BUSINESS MANAGER
My name is Nicla Alessandrelli, and I am the Business Manager at Dental Specialists Group. I was born in Italy and moved to Canada ten years ago, where I have built a fulfilling career in dental administration and leadership. For the past four years, I have had the privilege of overseeing the operations of several Dental Specialists Group practices, working closely with our teams to ensure that every patient receives care that is well-organized, attentive, and delivered with genuine compassion.
In my role, I guide the coordination of daily operations, patient services, and financial systems across multiple locations. Each day, I work alongside our clinical and administrative professionals to maintain the highest standards of organization, communication, and professionalism. My experience in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management allows me to create structure and stability within our practices so that our dentists, hygienists, and assistants can focus entirely on providing exceptional patient care. I take great pride in fostering an environment where efficiency supports empathy — where each patient feels both well cared for and completely at ease.
I have always believed that the success of a dental practice depends on the strength of its people and the systems that support them. A well-run clinic builds trust, consistency, and comfort, allowing our patients to feel confident in their care from the moment they arrive. Contributing to that sense of calm and reliability is what I value most about my role.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking, and cooking, and I especially cherish time spent with my children. These moments remind me of the importance of connection and balance — qualities that I bring into my work each day.

SENIOR PATIENT COORDINATOR
My name is Nicoletta (Nikki) Tucciarone, and I am the Senior Patient Coordinator at Dental Specialists Group in Woodbridge. I am originally from Italy and have been proud to call Canada my home for many years. For the past four years, I have been part of this incredible team, helping patients feel welcome, understood, and cared for from the moment they first reached out to us. As one of the first people patients speak with when they call or visit, I make it my priority to create a warm, reassuring experience that reflects the genuine care of our entire team.
In my role, I guide patients through their treatment journeys, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance details in a clear and approachable way. I coordinate appointments, assist with scheduling and communication, and ensure that each patient feels informed and supported throughout their care. I understand that visiting the dentist can sometimes bring uncertainty, so I strive to make every conversation — whether by phone or in person — calm, positive, and reassuring. Behind the scenes, I also support our clinical and administrative teams to keep the Woodbridge practice running smoothly each day.
What I value most about my work is the opportunity to build real connections. A friendly voice, a thoughtful explanation, or a small gesture of kindness can make a lasting difference in someone’s day. Helping patients feel comfortable and confident, and seeing their trust grow with each visit, is what I find most rewarding about what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three children, cooking, sharing good meals with friends, and listening to music. I love bringing people together — something that inspires how I approach both my work and my life.

Senior Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Brunilda — though most patients know me as Bruna. I am a Certified Dental Assistant at Dental Specialists Group Woodbridge, where I have had the privilege of working for more than eight years. Over that time, I have developed a deep appreciation for how every detail, every conversation, and every interaction shapes a patient’s overall experience. Dentistry, to me, extends far beyond assisting with procedures; it is about creating a calm, reassuring environment where patients feel supported and cared for.
In my role, I assist our prosthodontic specialists with a variety of restorative and implant treatments, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and digital scans. I am trained and certified in both Level I and Level II assisting (CDA and HARP) and remain committed to staying current with new technology and techniques. My work often involves digital scanning and 3D printing for surgical and restorative applications, maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols, and ensuring each appointment proceeds seamlessly. Behind the scenes, I also organize and manage our clinical inventory to help the team deliver care efficiently and consistently.
What I find most rewarding about my work is witnessing the transformation that dentistry brings — the return of confidence with a restored smile or the relief of comfort after a successful procedure. These moments remind me why I chose this profession and why I continue to take pride in it each day. Over the years, I have learned that technical precision is only one part of excellent dentistry; the other is compassion, communication, and the ability to put people at ease.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy swimming, volleyball, and spending quality time with my family. I also have a passion for travel and exploring different cultures, experiences that help me remain open-minded and connected with others. Whether in the clinic or beyond it, I strive to bring care, curiosity, and dedication to everything I do.
